Iron Ronin blends the time-honoured principles of traditional martial arts with the realities of modern self-defence. Using proven techniques adapted for today’s threats, you’ll develop the skills, mindset, and physical capability to protect yourself whilst getting fit. A return to the warrior’s path, where discipline and combat effectiveness go hand in hand. Every Tues 7am and Fri 9am with GmfL Coaching.
