    Iron Ronin Self Defence - Tues 11am

    Join our beginner-friendly self-defence class where you'll learn basic strikes, clinch techniques, grappling, and escapes. Our experienced instructors create a safe and cooperative environment, allowing you to sharpen your skills and build confidence. 

    FarmStrong - Tues 7.30pm / Fri 9am

    FarmStrong is a strength-focused class designed for all levels, offering non-impact workouts that build strength, enhance metabolism, and promote resilience against injury. Learn proper weightlifting techniques and master variations of key movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows in a structured and supportive environment. This carefully programmed class allows you to progress at your own pace, helping you build strength and confidence week by week.

    Muay Thai - Weds 7.30am

    Join our high-intensity Muay Thai class designed for beginners! You'll learn essential pad-work, striking combinations, and clinch techniques in a dynamic, fun environment designed to push your limits.

    FarmPX - Weds 6.30pm

    FarmPX is all about unlocking your athletic potential. These performance-driven workouts are designed to improve your speed, power, balance, coordination, and reaction time. Using innovative and functional movements, FarmPX helps you build strength that translates to both sport and everyday life.     MMA Conditioning - Fri 9am

    MMA based circuit training using bodyweight exercise, functional movement, and partner drills designed to replicate the dynamic nature of combat sports.

    FarmFit - Sat 9am

    FarmFit is our signature session, created to push your limits and deliver results. Through high-energy circuits and thoughtfully designed workouts, you’ll build endurance, improve work capacity, and strengthen your body for the challenges of everyday life.
