Here's the thing. The images you see on social media are a tiny snapshot of what goes into the lives of the so-called ‘fitness influencer’ and not a true reflection of the training methods or lifestyle choices involved.
Their actual methods are carefully hidden in order to keep them out of reach for the regular person. They do this so that you’ll buy into the ‘diet products’ and supplements they endorse. Problem is, they rarely deliver the results they promise, leaving you out of pocket, and none the wiser.

The PT Farm Hybrid System is a four-phase program that will:

• Support you every step of the way - You’re not left out there alone. You’ll be supported by our team of qualified personal trainers, and nutritionists, there to help you make this a lifestyle which you can follow forever. Say goodbye to yo-yo dieting, boring cardio, and inconsistent training habits. Our program will ensure no body part is left out, helping you become stronger, move better, recover faster, and develop the lean, athletic physique you desire.
With the PT Farm Hybrid System we will take you from foundational level, building your base level movement patterns and conditioning to prepare the body for the challenges ahead. These first three weeks will build your strength & endurance, while introducing simple but effective exercises using a combination of bodyweight and light gym equipment. You are not thrown straight in at the deep end. This phase is designed to equip you with all you need to make a start, and take your training to the next level. Best of all, you can repeat this phase as many times as you need until you feel truly ready to proceed forward. Best of all, we take the guess work out! We’ve a few challenges built in to test your progress along the way.
Upon completion of the foundation phase, we introduce more complex training systems, increasing the intensity, and turning up the heat. We will be hitting you with metabolic workouts designed to both torch body fat, build your cardiovascular fitness, and develop lean muscle mass.
By the time you reach the final training phase, you will be ready for the big compound lifts and complexes, advanced bodyweight exercises, intense core and conditioning finishers, and be working out like you never thought possible.
You will be getting the very same tried and tested training methods we use with our face-to-face clients and athletes down at The PT Farm.
All you need is access to a local gym, our PT Farm App downloaded onto your mobile phone or device, and the will to step up, challenge yourself, and find out what you are really capable of achieving.
A 1-hour personal training session at most commercial gyms will typically cost you between £60-£90. How much progress can you truly expect to make in 60 minutes? A typical personal training session at a gym will commonly consist of 10-15 mins cardio (which you could in all honesty do in your own time at home), a cursory stretch out, and 4-5 basic resistance exercises, done mostly seated on machines. Once this hour is over, you’re on your own.
If you sign up for a personal training package, this could set you back anything from £500 to over £1K for a block of 10 x sessions. Again, this amounts to just 10 hours of training. How much progress do you truly expect to make in such a short space of time?
With our Hybrid System you will be receiving 48 unique workouts to take you through our 12 Week Program. In addition you will get our short intense burnout finishers and core circuits added to the end of each individual workout. But, there’s more!!!
Built into our 12 Week System, there are hundreds of recipes covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, all calorie calculated and easy to make, even if you don’t know how to cook! Additionally we have included coaching videos, and PDF’s to teach you all you need to know about nutrition, meal selection, portion control, and how to change your daily habits and mindset to help you live your best life, free of excuses or past failures. You will also get exclusive access to our weekly live coaching Q & A sessions, as well as access to all previous videos.

Even if you COULD, there would be the issue of availability, as due to the popularity of The Farm, we are usually fully booked and struggle to find suitable times which fit with both the client and the coach. You are then tied to this schedule, unable to plan around or shift your day about to accommodate both training AND a work/social life.

Don’t be, the videos and tutorials take you every step of the way, and the exercises gradually build in complexity, starting simple and then developing as you become more competent. You can even record yourself performing an exercise and submit it direct to our coaching team via the App for comments and corrections.
The tracking system built into the App generates various graphs and charts so you can see your progress in realtime, helping you to stay motivated and accountable. Our coaching team can also see your progress via the App, and should you have any questions, we’re only a message away.
